how inside my website i can see the demo templats? i took them off from the main bar and now can find it

hi about 3 its not there - i want to change the 4 boxes in the main page as you can see - destantuin about me work with me etc, in addiation how do i conect each box\\photo with the relevant page\\ category in the website 

6. about 3. Go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → turn on the "Hide Featured Image on Top" option, - i did it but it didnt take off the featued image - attaach photo
