Cahce is still not working on mobile devices

Also the Header Builder when I click on "Edit with Pencil Header Builder" it won't load anymore. Not sure what changed. 

I have cleared the cache using speedy cache and on my phone, no changes to the subtitle "Real Lives Matters" vs "Real Life Matters", as it shows on Desktop version. On mobile it still has the old menu and the wrong subtitle.

I have created a slider that has a background video linked to my youtube channel, but the video has stopped playing on desktop and mobile. It only plays when I am logged into my Admin account. Also the changes I have made to the website dont reflect on the mobile version of the site. I am using speedycache plugin, and it doesn't seem to have any effect on any changes to the desktop or mobile. Everything else on the website updates as soon as I make changes. But the background video has stopped. And the sub title of the website is supposed to be Real Life Matters not Real Lives Matters, I have notice it has changed on my mobile device but not on anyone elses. It still say Real Lives Matter.
