Also solved, you have to choose text to speech api from the apis & services > library > text to speech api, create credentials and add the key...done

Hi I solve that out, but facing another problem..want to create text to speech api...going step by step with your how to tutorial video..but a those first steps after creating the project and want to enable it im getting the error:

Hi guys, tried to install penci text to speech plugin of yours, got an error, something like this plugin has invalid header, now its gone from the list, where i can download the plugin please, want to try to install it manually
