I just see your site and I see you're using Block Videos from youtube. And that make your site slowly a bit. Because you need to wait youtube load your videos to your site first.
Also, please don't comment on ticket of other customers - this will make that customers get notice email.

Hello, I have the same issue. It's takes a lot of time to load images from 'Pencil Block 14' on mobile. And I have deactivated the lazyload. What can I do? :(

That's lazyload images - It helps your site load faster
If you don't want to use it, you can disable lazyload images via Customize > General Options
