Removing comment count

Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: turn on the "Hide Comment Count" option.

I would like to remove the Date and Comment count on the screenshot attached you see, "June 29, 2017 | 0 Comments"

I don't want to see the date or the comment count. Can I remove it or at least make it invisible?
