Hi,

1/ Please disable lazyload images from Jetpack plugin. This theme has lazyload images feature from itself. So, you don't need to use any other lazyload images from the plugins.

2/ Please make sure:

a) You've regenerate thumbnails for this theme like we said here ( on "Important Note:" )

b) Check this guide to know how to improve your site speed:

Conversation Start

The featured photos won't load on the front page or on individual blog posts. Since I installed this theme, my site has gotten significantly slower based on google page speed. I've followed all instructions and downloaded all plugins but it's gotten worse over time.
