Please go to the dashboard → Header Builder → click "Edit with the Penci Header Builder" on the current header layout then change the copyright and mobile menu like the screenshot below:

I can't find where to edit the social networks in the mobile menu and edit the text at the bottom that refers to the theme of the site.
