Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-header-mobile .site-branding img {
  max-height: 90px;
}
.penci-header-mobile .site-branding,
.penci-header-mobile .penci-header-mobile_container {
  height: 90px;
}
.menu-toggle-desk, .menu-toggle {
  line-height: 90px;
}
