Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → Related Posts → Words Length for Post Titles on Related Posts: change the length at this option field.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages → Custom Title Words Length: change the title length at this option field.
