1/ If you want to change the font size of the menu, please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Main Bar & Primary Menu → Font Size for Menu Items Level 1: change the font size at this option field,
2/ Regarding the heading size in the post content, please navigate to Customize → Single Posts → Font Size → Font Size for H* inside Post Content.

Hello,
How to change the font size of the top header menus?
Also the H1, h2 etc how to change it? As you can see on the main page the header are too big when I change in my language.
