Hi,
Apologies for the delayed response. We tried several methods to export the current header builder to a JSON file, but after checking your site, we found that you're using the default header layout of the Soledad theme, specifically header layout 6. To edit or modify the header, please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header. Additionally, we were unable to find any builder data in your site's database.

Thank you! I assumed as much but wasn't sure why this happened between updates. Please let me know as soon as you can, as obviously, we were looking to make an update to the header but, for now, have no access. Much Appreciated

Hi,
The issue is that the header data is not stored as an object in the dashboard. We’ll need some time to extract it, and we’ll update this ticket once it has been successfully re-imported for your site.

I created a header for the site using Penci Design; over time, I lost access to edit the design during upgrades, and it no longer shows in the header creator. It still displays on the site, but I have lost complete access to modify it.
