That's very strange. Because today, our developers team checked it on 3 different android devices and it working fine.
Ok. I will send this issues back to our developers to check it more and if it's an issue. I'm sure with you we will fixed it in the next update version of PenNews. Thank you so much for your report.

Hello. I'm not demonstrating the failure with my Web. I'm using your own demo for avoid the "you modified the code or use a plugin" factor.
Now, I'm using a clean (wiped out) Galaxy S8. Don't have any Apps installed and the search bar fails with the native keyboard. And I use 2 other Android device (both Motorola) and fails too:

And to be fair enough, if we try with an online emulator (on a computer) like https://appetize.io it happens too!
Please, try with another device or using a online emulator to check this.

Hi,
Seem you did modify the code in the theme to caused that issue or you have a plugin caused this issue.
Let's check the video here and you can see it work fine with our demos.
So, please check it again on your site.

For security reasons and because I need to modify certain files first before update the theme, I can not use the Wordpress updater. So that's the reason why I'm asking where I can download the updated zip file. But if a problem with Themeforest, that's nothing we can do. Just wait for the new version there. Thanks anyways.

Hi,
Because Themeforest changed the review process, so currently all the themes on themeforest need to review again - And our updates is on queue for review. That's why you can't see version 4.1 when you downloaded the theme. But, don't worry, when you installed version 4.0 - let's go to Appearance > Themes > and you can see notice update for version 4.1. Let's click to update there.
When you done, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update all plugins come with the theme.
About search issues, we've fixed it long time ago. Let's give it a try

Themeforest and Wordpress dashboard tolds me there exist a 4.1 version of PenNews, but when I download the zip file from Themeforest still taking the 4.0 version.
Where I can download this new version?
