This issue is related to one of your installed plugins and is not caused by the Soledad theme. We conducted tests on a testing site but were unable to replicate the issue. Please wait while I debug your site, and I will update this ticket once the issue is resolved.

The section shown in the video you provided is the category settings of the AIO SEO plugin, not the category settings in WordPress: https://imgur.com/a/4qVLFFX
