The "Video" post format only supports a "Video URL," as shown in the screenshot you provided. It does not support uploading media files directly into the custom field.
To use a video, upload the media file to the Media Library and then insert its link into the "Video URL" field.

Hi,
Elementor Pro does not support displaying the custom post meta of the Soledad theme.
To display the custom post format data, you need to use the "Post - Featured Image" widget from Penci Elements.
