By default, all media file management is handled by WordPress core. We can assist you only if this feature is part of the Soledad theme.

i 'm going to get in touch with them, but we think it is very very complicated to manage video. not usefull for business solution. you should do like king theme from kingthemes

WordPress already supports uploading media files to the Media Library. Simply go to Dashboard → Media → Library, upload your video on this page, and then copy the URL.
