About this case, please install the CITS Support svg, webp Media and TTF,OTF File Upload plugin and follow the document at this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cits-support-svg-webp-media-upload/

Thanks for the answer.

However, When I tried to upload my custom font files on the Custom Fonts page, I got error message saying that "I don't have permission to upload." Could you help me how to fix this problem?

Hi,

Please navigate to Dashboard → Soledad → Custom Fonts and upload your custom font files on this page.

Afterward, go to Appearance → Customize → General → Typography and select the font you uploaded in this panel.
