I can confirm that Soledad does not include any functions capable of modifying the .htaccess file.
Please review the plugins and settings you have installed to identify the source of the issue.

Every morning the htaccess file in public_html is rewrited and bolth websites, old and new crash
There is any plugin in soledad that can rewrite the htaccess file?
