Hi,
Have you reconnected to your Instagram account? You need to reconnect to obtain a new token code. After that, clear all site caches and check again.

Hi there, my account is Business acount and is connected like this Dashboard → Soledad → Connect Instagram - still no footer. I also tried to do it with on my android phone and got the same message that the parameter user is not valid. What else can I try to do? In the first message I sent you a screenshot where you can see it says that IG is connected and also the error message.

Hi,
Instagram has changed the token so you need to reconnect by going to the Dashboard → Soledad → Connect Instagram.
You may also need to upgrade your Instagram account to a Business account (it’s free) in order to use the new API.

Hello, there is an issue with the Instagram Footer - it is not connecting since 2 weeks now. It sais that it is connected, but it is not showing my posts. I get this notification when i try to connect again - see attachment.
