Hi,
1/ Please follow the instructions in the document you provided: https://actionscheduler.org/faq/#my-site-has-past-due-actions-what-can-i-do.
2/ To adjust the logo size, go to Dashboard → Header Builder, click Edit with the Penci Header Builder on your current header layout, and modify the logo size on that page.
