Hi,
You can edit the footer elements by go to the dashboard → Penci Blocks: edit the footer block with the Elementor Page Builder.

why i cant able to delete any portion when i edit with elementor.

when i edit any footer part in soledad theme its not possible only edit. i add a screen shot where u can see i want to delete the above menu section of footer but not possible. only edit.i dont want some portion and delete it but its not possible, it shows only edit option.
