Can you tell me more about "Add a button in the menu"? What do you mean here?

For add infor bar with telephone number and email, you can use menu items on topbar menu to do that.

For telephone, you can do like this image

Fill URL is "tel:5555555555" - with  5555555555   is your phone number.

For email, you can do like this image

Fill URL is "mailto:yourmail@x.com"  - replace yourmail@x.com to your email.
