Hi,
That's an audio post format. You can edit a post and click to active "Audio" tab + put the soundcloud link to audio url below it:

Note: Make sure you've installed plugin "Vafpress Post Formats UI" - If not, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and install this plugin.
