Hi,

Could you please disable the firewall blocking and ensure the popup is set to display every time? I’ve checked your site multiple times but still haven’t seen the popup content.

Please change the CSS code:

.penci-header-wrap {
  z-index: 3;
}

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.penci-header-wrap {
  z-index: 1;
}

Hi,

Please disable the country blocking or firewall on your site so I can check the popup class and adjust the z-index value accordingly.
