I'm not sure I understand your reply. You can see in the print screen attached that the mc4wp is connected with my mailchimp account.

Hi,
I see your sign-up form doesn't appears on the front-end. Seem you didn't validate your mailchimp via Dashboard > Mailchimp for WP > Mailchimp
We've said about this issue in the documentation for this theme here ( step 1/ )
