If you edit your post with Elementor, you can only modify the main post content. The featured image is displayed through the template file, so it cannot be edited directly in Elementor's editor mode.

I found how to modify the location of this image But the problem is that I only found the location of the official wp modifier, but due to the theme, the official modifier page is messed up, please ask whether it can be modified directly in the elementor builder it
