Please go to Appearance → Widgets and remove all the widgets located in the "Header Signup Form" area.

After testing a new search plugin for my site (Ivory Search – WordPress Search Plugin) and not liking it, because it seemed to disrupt the design of my site The Greanville Post, I deleted it. However, that did not eliminate a strange HUGE search function now appearing on all my pages. PLEASE SEE attached image. This strange search function (with a blue background) seems to be stuck to the header (?) of the homepage, etc.
