The issue occurs because you've set the mega menu block content to load via AJAX. This means the browser fetches the menu content from the backend before displaying it, which may cause a delay.

To resolve this, you can disable AJAX for each menu item:

1. Go to Appearance → Menus

2. Edit the menu item

3. Find the option "Load Penci Block Dropdown with AJAX?" and select "No"

4. Save changes and check again.
