Hi there,

I deactived the cache in my browser via DevTools in Chrome and I verified the post page video and it's ok.

Thank you for all.

Best regards

Hi there,

Yes, by adding a parameter to the end of the URL, the thumbnails appear normally as in the image you sent, but without the parameter the thumbnails do not load.

I have already cleared the browser cache and also the site cache. Note that if I am logged into the Admin and open the Home page, the thumb appears in the video, but if I access the Home page through an incognito window the thumb does not show. Please see the images.

Regards

Hi,

I can't confirm whether the browser is still serving cached content or if your site hasn't cleared the cache properly.

You can bypass the cache by adding an extra parameter at the end of the URL and then checking again.

Example: https://legalsaber.com.br/?cache=4343434

I cleaned all the cache (including Firewall from Sucuri), but the videos still display as before. Please try you too.

Hi,

I've fixed this issue by modifying the Penci Shortcode & Performance plugin, forcing it to display the normal-quality YouTube thumbnail instead of the high-quality version. This is because some of the videos you inserted do not have a full HD resolution.

Please clear all the browser caches and check again.

Hi,

Please set the account you provided to Administrator, as I need to install additional plugins and modify some plugin files.

Hello!

We've noticed that some videos embeded from Youtube in our website are displaying the player icon but not the cover from video. It's necessary to click on player to show the video cover. It's happening as many posts as modules videos Penci Design. Please see the images attached. Is there any setting to do in order to fix the display?

Thanks for in advance.
