Behaviour header in viewport mobile when scrolling

Dear Sir or Madam,
Currently, we configurate our blog with the Soledad theme. We have an issue regarding the behaviour of the header in viewport mobile - see attachment. For viewport mobile, all sticky-functions are disabled, but there is still some jumping-behaviour when reaching a certain point while scrolling down. This is bad for the user experience and very frustrating, please help.
