Hi,
Please send me:
- Your admin url
- Your admin account ( username and password )
- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account.

Hello,
I have uploaded and activated Soledad.zip and installed and activated all the required plugins but when I try to customize the theme I get the 500 internal server error.
Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
