I've checked your site and found two reasons why it's showing a critical error:

• One of the installed plugins has added Customizer settings that require high resources, which WordPress is unable to handle properly.

• Your server has limited resources, preventing the Customizer settings from loading correctly.

To troubleshoot this, please disable all plugins (except for the ones that come with the PenNews theme) and then reactivate them one by one. This will help you identify which plugin is causing the issue.
