Hi,

Do you know use Teamviewer? I will connect with your teamview and check what's issues on your computer.

I think that's the best solution for now because I can't see any issues on my computers.

Let's download & install teamviewer, and send me your ID and password. I will access to your computer and see what's the issues.

I did ask them, and they asked me about this plugin documentation, They said that maybe it require extra modules on serwer or different version of PHP. I couldnt find this documentations anywhere, so maybe you can upload it here so I could send it to hosting provider?

Very strange.

I have tried with 5 different computers & 14 laptop in our office and no any computer, laptop has this issue.

Can you please ask your hosting provider about this? Because if it's issues with the theme - it will appears for all devices - not only your computers.

In exactly same place as screen shot shows. Have no idea what is wrong, but I was checking this on 2 other computers with the same results

I just increase help you value for SubstituteMaxLineLength on your hosting by add more this code at the end of functions.php file:

Hello again,
I checked this again on two different computers (two different internet supplyers) on Firefox, chrome and IE and unfortunately its working only from time to time, but mostly it's not working at all when Penci framework plug-in is on. I was trying everything includin re-instalation of wordpress, and its still happening. Everytime when I swiched off this plugin, everything was getting back to normal. Do you maybe have older version of this plugin? Or maybe you're going to update it aby time soon? I am not able to start building my webstie because of this problem. What's the procedure if you won't be able to help me? May I get my money back or change this theme for a diffrent one?

So, I think that's issues just on your local. Please try test with another computer

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

Everytime when I want to edit any page on my website (only pages, posts are fine) everything is dissconecting and the "The connection was reset" screen apears. It only happens when Penci Framework plug-in is on. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
