Hi,

The Critical CSS Cache is part of the Soledad theme and the Penci Shortcode & Performance plugin. It only appears when the Critical CSS option is enabled.

We'll consider adding an auto-clear feature in a future theme update.

PenciDesign.

OK, so I feel stupid now. It seems I have overlooked this one button called "Clear Critical CSS Cache" in the top. Is it a built-in feature of WordPress or added by your theme? And if it's recommended to clear critical CSS cache after every Soledad theme update, could that be automated, i.e. by adding the theme version number in the cache and automatically clearing it when the version number in the cache does not match the current version of the theme?

Hi,

Have you tried clearing all the Critical CSS cache? If not, please do so, and also clear your site cache and browser cache before checking again.

The issue is that the Critical CSS is still loading content from the old version of the Soledad theme. After updating the theme, it's important to clear the Critical CSS cache to ensure all CSS code is up to date.

PenciDesign.

Whenever some behavior differs between logged in and logged out, caches are my first suspect, so of course I tried to delete the caches and I even tried to disable the WP Fastest Cache plug-in completely, but neither helped. Can you please check it out? The account I created for you earlier is still active.

Hi,

This issue is related to cached files. Please make sure you’ve cleared all WP Fastest Cache files and your browser cache, then check again.

Regards,
PenciDesign.

On our homepage, the Pencidesign Latest Post section is showing articles in 2 columns when logged in, but only 1 column when logged out. I have tried to disable caches but that did not help. Not sure what else can be causing this. Unfortunately, I have no idea when it started behaving like this. Perhaps a few updates ago...
