Hi,

I've logged in to your site and here is some feedback:

1/ The Envato token you've entered is from an account that did not purchase the Soledad theme. Please make sure you generate the token from the Envato account that purchased the theme, enter it, and then check again.

2/ The comments and comment form are displaying correctly without any issues. Here’s an example post: https://faveplus.com/best-travel-booking-websites/

3/ The post view feature is also working properly. Since your site has a caching plugin installed, please make sure to clear all site caches after making any changes and then check again.

Hi,

I can't log in because it shows the following error:

Additional verification is required for login. If there is a valid account for the provided login credentials, please check the email address associated with it for a verification link to continue logging in.

Hi,

1/ For this case, please send me your WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply. I'll log in and try to help you check this problem.

2/ Please go to Dashboard → Settings → Discussion:

Uncheck: Automatically close comments on old posts
Check: Allow people to submit comments on new posts

3/ Go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → Turn on the "Enable Ajax Post View Count" option.

Conversation Start

Hi Support,

I’m currently experiencing three issues with my website:

Theme Update Issue I followed the instructions to update the theme and confirmed that my Envato token is working. However, the theme update is not appearing or available for me to install.
Comments Not Displaying The comment section is not active on my posts, and I haven’t been able to locate the setting to enable the comment form.
Post View Count Not Showing Even though the view count setting is enabled, the view numbers are not displaying on the posts.

I’d appreciate your help with resolving these issues. Thanks in advance!
