I can't access the customization to modify it. I've started using Web Rocket to solve the problem, but to no avail.

Hi,
I've checked your site, and you're currently using WP Rocket's speed optimization features. However, it's not the best solution for the Soledad theme.
I recommend following the official speed optimization guide for the Soledad theme at this link. Use WP Rocket only as a caching plugin, then check your site again.

Hello Support,
I'm experiencing a significant drop in site performance across all websites where I use the Soledad theme. Until about 10 days ago, everything was working smoothly, but recently the loading time has drastically increased.
Currently, it takes up to 14 seconds to fully load the site, with the first meaningful paint taking around 5 seconds. Occasionally, the site becomes extremely slow and unresponsive.
Additionally, I am unable to access the WordPress Customizer, which is preventing me from making any performance-related adjustments.
I have already tried disabling plugins that might affect performance, such as WP Rocket and Wordfence, but this had no effect.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving this issue.
