Hi,

We are still running some tests on our testing site before updating the package on your site. Please understand that the plugin is working properly on our testing site and on all other users’ sites, so the issue may be related to your server environment setup. We need more time to check it carefully before making any changes.

Hi,

We'lve check yoiur site,

1/ When you saved the feed, one of your installed plugins sanitized the option field, which caused some URLs to not display on the front-end even though they are saved in the back-end. We'll check this and aim to improve compatibility in a future theme update.

2/ For the duplicate content issue, please make sure to check the "Overwrite posts" option in the feed settings. When a feed contains similar items, this setting will update the existing post instead of creating a new one.

3/ If you've disabled auto-updates but they are still occurring, it may be due to a site caching issue, which could also relate to point 1. We'll double-check this on our testing site and update you soon.

There are several issues with my Penci RSS Aggregator:

1. Almost all feed settings have been nullified and went into default settings (all the RSS links removed, although they all work)

2. Constant creation of duplicate posts

3. Some of the feeds have been turned off for automatic updates (some that were set to default, others that still have the proper settings in place)
