Hi,
In this case, please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General → turn on the "Disable Lightbox on Single Posts" option.

But I didn't enable Elementor on that page.
Furthermore, following the instructions in the link you provided step by step, I can't find any reference to the Lightbox settings in Elementor's general settings.

In this case, you need to disable the Elementor lightbox by following the instructions in the documentation at this link: https://elementor.com/help/lightbox/

Yes, I'm attaching an image where you can see it better.
When you click on the image and the viewing box/screen appears, two appear: one from Envira and the other either from WordPress or the theme.

Good morning,
I wanted to know how to remove the split gallery view on pages where I've created a gallery with the Envira Gallery plugin. You'll notice that it opens in both the plugin and theme views. Thank you very much.
