Hi,
Yes, I’ve configured everything related to images and JavaScript to be delayed. This is a key factor in helping your site load faster and achieve a higher score on Google Core Web Vitals.
Regards,
PenciDesign.
Hi there,
I have one question to this. I think you changed something so the content load, e.g. images happens on first interaction, e.g. mouse movement or touch on mobile. Correct? Is that the only way to make the load speed optimization work? It looks a bit odd when the change suddenly happens... But of course, improved speed greatly.
Hey there,
amazing results. Thanks a lot. Would you mind sharing the key to success here? Also - did you use any total cache pro plugin features or is it pure Soledad configs?
Best,
Max
I have done all these recommendations prior to posting here ;). My questions come as all these recommendations only lead to mediocre page speed results with a lot of loading and rendering delays also resulting from the theme scripts and libraries.
Are there any more sophisticated optimisations?
Or are there any modules / plugins I can deactivate to save up on loading speed? I tried to reduce already, but some are recommended by the theme, even though I doubht I am using them all.
Dear support team,
I was wondering if you have some additional ideas on how to optimize Core Web Vitals even more.
Currently there seem to be some scripts that are not even big, but seem to always load a bit delayed according to PageSpeed Insights for Mobile. Among these are also clearly Soledad related once. For example:
https://scantofly.de/wp-content/themes/soledad/inc/elementor/assets/js/lightbox.js?ver=8.6.8
https://scantofly.de/wp-content/themes/soledad/js/js-cookies.js?ver=8.6.8
https://scantofly.de/wp-content/plugins/penci-shortcodes/assets/play.js?ver=5.9
This specific library seems to slow the critical download path too:
https://scantofly.de/wp-content/themes/soledad/js/libs-script.min.js?ver=8.6.8
Do you have any advice how to optimize this or reduce unused code? Thanks in advance!
Best,
Max
