I purchased the Soledad theme earlier and my license key is showing already registered on another domain (makeatrip.net), which I no longer have access to.
Can you please help me reset/deactivate my license so I can use it on my new domain (sarkarifinance.com)?

If you want to unregister the current license, please create a new ticket with your license code. Do not reply to or spam multiple tickets.

The issue is that you’ve uploaded the wrong theme file.
Please extract the downloaded package, open the folder you received and use the soledad.zip file for your installation, and check again.
