Hi,
1) lawyers recommend to use a checkbox to inform users (commentators) about the dataprotection. See Attachment. At the moment there is only a sentence without checkbox.

1/ What do you mean about this checkbox? We have options for this message via Customize > Single Post Options.
2/ Please check option for it via Customize > Quick Text Translation
Also, about the spaces, we manage to make it display fine. Please clearly the cache. I see your site doesn't load new stylesheet from the latest version.

Hi,
I have updated my Soledad Theme today to version 5.3. Now, the text after the comment form does not look very good and I have several questions.
1. for gdpr issues I need a checkbox for the "Custom GDPR Message on Comment Form", too. Do you plan this for the next update?
2. how and where can I customize (concerning language, text colour, checkbox distance to text) the part: Remove checkbox "Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment."Note that: This checkbox just appears when you use Wordpress from version 4.9.6
