Hi,
\Unfortunately, there is no way to do that because wordpress get parent categories data based on the url
\Best Regards,
\PenciDesign
Hi there,
\When I started my site I removed through permalink settings on WP the %category% stuff, so my URLs now are mysite.zz/article_title.
\Now I'm adding some stuff on the site and I'd like to show a category, but only the subcategories.
\I.e.: NOT mysite.zz/food/pastas/article_title
\BUT mysite.zz/pastas/article_title
\I tried (since I'm using the child theme) several options (codes, plugins, settings...) but in the end either I show all the categories, or I show none.
\Is there a way to have only the subcategories shown in the url, when they're needed, please?
Thanks!
\Luca
