Hi,

I’ve edited the page that contains the video element. For some reason, Elementor is unable to retrieve the correct video URL from the uploaded file, so you also need to manually enter the video URL into the URL field for it to work properly.

Please check it again.

Hi,

We have not received any email regarding the login account. We also tried clicking the Resend Email option on your site, but the email has still not been received.

Conversation Start

Hi I am trying to use a penci video playlist with local videos in my blog post. It looks great except that I have added 6 local videos and only 2 show up even if I click or try to move through them - only 2 can be viewed. is this a fault and can it be fixed without adding custom code?
