Hi,
If the image cannot be imported or only a placeholder is displayed, it means the RSS source owner has protected the image with copyright restrictions, so our plugin cannot download or import it.

Thank you for you update and restoration of the website... great job!
I do have another request..
I added the RSS Aggregator to pull post from another website... I noticed that the images are not been pull from the other website... only placeholder images are loading...
Can you advise or help out... thank you!

Hi,
I’ve checked your site, and the issue is that the mime_content_type() function is missing on the server, which commonly happens when the Fileinfo extension is disabled. As a result, some Soledad theme functions may not work correctly.
I’ve added fallback functions to your site for now; however, you should enable the Fileinfo extension on your server to ensure full compatibility.

Hi Penci Team,
Thank You for the great Soledad theme... I am still trying to wrap my head around this news theme. But it is cool.
While working on my website, I ran into an issue. I realized that my website is showing a white page.
When the website is on Coming Soon Mode, it shows the coming soon page; but when I try to view the website it shows a white page.
After deactivating the Coming Soon Page, it still shows a white page.
I don't know what the problem is, can you please assist to rectify it?
Heads-up - I reached out to the host company for support, we have deactivated the theme and reactivated it; we have deactivated plug-in and reactivated them.
I hope you can provide a prompt feedback and solution on this.
