Based on the issue you reported, please ensure that all Soledad-related plugins are properly updated.
You can do this by deleting all existing Penci plugins first, and then reinstalling them via Appearance → Install Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.

Upon trying to update the Penci Theme for my site, as it suggested to do so, as I won't be able to handle payments anymore through my site for WooCommerce and Stripe, due to old plugins/updates, the following issue came up:

So it was then needed to roll back to an older version of the site as everything crashed. Could you please assist or give guidance regarding this needed update, as this is an online shop and needs to be up an running smoothly as soon as possible?
