No I am not talking about that.
I am talking the Penci Social Counter that is included in the theme. I will include attachments.
It has Twitch included and yet you can't control it...

Yeah, we will consider for that feature.
About the "#" what do you mean about this? Do you mean about the "#" appears in the social media tab on WPBakery element? If right, you can remove it because it's just default letter for make sure social will showing.

I believe it should be removed from the theme if it isn’t supported. Or is there a way to manually edit the # that appears in that box?

Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't supports social counter for Twitch
We will consider to add more this feature in the future updates.

The social counter is not working for twitch followers. We have tried putting in the url for our channel and we have tried just our ID and it still reads 0 followers. Are we missing something?
