Hi,

This form was created using Mailchimp via the MC4WP plugin. Simply install the MC4WP plugin, then go to Appearance → Widgets and add the MC4WP form to the Footer Subscribe widget area.

Good Day,

I want to create a sign-up form as displayed on the Soledad demo. (attached image)

Please advise how I should go about this, as mine turns out square instead of long.
