Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Dark Mode and enable the “Set Dark Mode as Default” option.
After making this change, please clear all site cache and browser cache, then check again.

Your header layout was built using the Penci Header Builder. If you would like to display the dark mode button in the header, please go to Dashboard → Header Builder, click “Edit with the Penci Header Builder” on the current header layout, then add the “Dark Mode Switcher Button” to the area where you would like it to appear.

Hi,
I want to add both Light and Dark modes to my website. The default mode should be Dark, but when I tried to implement it, the Dark mode is not activating and the toggle button is not showing on the frontend. Could you please assist me in fixing this issue?
