Hi,

1/ By the latest update from Facebook, you need to fill app ID & access token. So, please make sure you're using latest version of PenNews. ( ver 4.1  ). If not, you can go to Appearance > Themes > click to "Update Now". When you done, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update all plugins come with the theme then you're using. 

2/ Here is message from Facebook API:

Please submit 'Page Public Content Access' feature on your facebook app for facebook can review it.\

That's why we can't get data facebook helps our customers because facebook has change the policy and need the apps for use need to validate feature 'Page Public Content Access'.

3/ Another way:

I accessed the following link to obtain the correct access token:

https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer

After selecting "Get Token" and logging into your Facebook account, you will able to select your FB page from the dropbox. The correct access token was then populated automatically which is different from the one I obtained from here: https://smashballoon.com/custom-facebook-feed/access-token/. Use that new access token to add to your widget and page in Wordpress and it will work.
