1/ Can you tell me more what doesn't not change the color? Have you check options for it via Customize?

2/ If you don't do anything bad or edit root file like: wp-config.php or something like that - no any issues appears. That's issues with the way you config the theme - That's not a bug from the theme itself.

For backup, I think the best way is use backup from your hosting.

1/ Because I don't know what you did on wp-config.php or some other things. So, I can't detect what's problems. And yes, with this case, I think you need to config again the options missing from Customize.

2/ Because your site has old data, so, if you want to re-install it, please do only way 2 here ( just need to do STEP 1 on way 2  )

I don't know how you did it. But, seem all your customizer data was gone.

The theme doesn't auto remove your customizer data, seem you did something to caused that issue.

We have a lot of customers use this theme with https:// without any issue. Example:

https://www.culturepopcorn.com/

https://www.granadaon.com/

https://dudethatcookz.com/

So, I think you need to check it again.

This issue caused by you've minified javascript from W3 Total Cache and plugin Fast Velocity Minify 

I just deactivate plugin Fast Velocity Minify and un-minified javascript from W3 Total Cache and everything working fine now.

1/ Please replace it via Customize > Logo and Header Options > Logo for Mobile Nav

2/ This issue caused by you didn't update the plugins after you updated the theme.

Please note that: After you updated the theme, please go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update all plugins which you're using.
