Hi,
The issues only occur on the new look. In case you installed and use the Classis widget, you don't need to deactivating and re-activating all your plugins.

Would it be ok if II just installed that plugin without deactivating and re-activating all my plugins?

Hi,
We've checked and this theme works fine with WordPress 5.8. And from WordPress 5.8, the widgets will change the interface.
Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
And if you want to go back to manage widgets like before, you can install the plugin:

Hi,
I just went to access my widget area and it has been changed to block editor and it's giving me errors and it is also not letting me access all my widgets. How do I change it back to the previous widget page? I don't know why it changed. Please let me know how I can revert it back to the way it was.
